Asked who my favorite poets are, after stumbling around with a bad memory – right after TS Eliot I always name Wallace Stevens and you’ve selected for this incredible image one of my absolute favorites, one of the most dog-eared pages in my somewhat dog-eared volume of his work. To say that your image does great justice to his poetry would actually be a disservice to you – for in this case his poetry almost does justice to your image. It is, quite simply, exquisite.
