Open To Truth
What be the truth I hear you say
Is it this or that or some other way?
Can we build on nothing and create something
Or do we just do silly dancing?
Put hats on our heads, turn red, involve ourselves
In others ways of life?
Can we ignore the past, set it free
Open the door to the new me
(or you!)?
Can I, can you, live in truth?
And if so what will we know?
Will we know how to bow down to another
And say sorry your honour?
Or can we forgive, move on
And say no to the old man, old woman
Other person who tries to sway us into their own way?
Can we be strong and hang on to our values, identities
And beliefs?
Or dare I say it
Do we up and run far away
Try to find a new way of life that
Would suit more a thief or a guru by day and night.
I hope not
I believe we all have one identity that fits us personally. Some may come into our lives and turn our heads and tell us their way is right or better than ours. The field of energy that comes from your mind to help build up your life and surrounds your individual body can only bring you what you need.
Even if we get caught up with the other fields in our minds, we actually can’t in real life. So do not fear beauty will come here, after all this poem is for me and my own homecoming, but you can enjoy it too, if it suits you.
