Howard's Legacy
The message here is obvious.
Howard does not deserve to be well treated by history. His poverty of vision is demonstrated by his rating of the introduction of a GST (he calls it “tax reform”) as his greatest achievement in office!
And again, as with Vietnam, we find ourselves ensconced in another foreign warzone on account of a PM’s misguided loyalty to a US led by a President whose invasion of Iraq must go down as one of the great deceits in US political history. And one of the greatest blunders.
Thanks, John. And thanks to the Australian electorate, and especially the people of Bennelong, who kicked Howard and his arrogant government out on their sorry arses.

It’s taken me a while to work out how things work at Red Bubble. I initially responded to Helen’s nice comment, then realised that the response doesn’t go back to the Commenter and deleted mine.
Now I think it looks ungracious not to acknowledge positive (or other) comments, so…
Thanks a lot Helen and animo for taking the trouble to leave feedback, which I really appreciate.
Cheers!

Great t-shirt. I’m not sure I’d wear it with all the flag imagery, but it’s a great work and very true message.

Thanks, Erland. Yeah, people often like my designs but don’t want to wear them…bit of a problem in a commercial sense! Maybe I need to get less confrontational and more arty…
Wendy Slee
Personally, I like the confrontational approach, and reckon what better place than on one’s chest!
Love this design…..(I remember seeing a political cartoon a few years back where one of the little stars on the US flag was strangely shaped like australia…....shudder…)
hotbeetees
Thanks for your comments, Wendy. But I fear this design is fast becoming as irrelevant as the little grey man who inspired it!
Casey Herman
Now we have another little grey man in power, but at least he hasn’t got his nose stuck up another US leader’s arse! Eh, three cheers for the global financial crisis for preventing THAT from happening! (Now all we need to do is print another trillion trillion dollars, just like Zimbabwe does! How else we gonna afford to fight any more foreign battles?!) Again, three cheers for the GFC for that.

Oh yeah, agree, Casey. Not impressed with Rudd, either – although in my case he doesn’t arouse the contempt that his predecessor did. The Apology was a landmark moment, and the signing of the Kyoto protocol was a good start which is now shaping as entirely tokenistic. Also, I HATE the way he uses language, And with the boot camp and defence spending shit you wonder which side he’s really on. Maybe the Blair prototype has something to answer for here.
Hans Goepel
His name is Kevin he comes from Queensland to Help!!
Help ho? Help the illegal to bay, our country…
Rape our Women and Girls, and let them take charge of our country !
Then he will move to live in china… yes… very ugly man Mr Rudd !!!!!!!!!!

You’re writing like a fool, Hans. Calm down and get rational, then take off your redneck collar and see if the world doesn’t look a little less threatening.
