Hi readers, Well my lovely Danish friends are back home now, safely.I do hope their balloon flight in Christchurch, NZ was everything they hoped it would be.It was like a breath of fresh air having them visit. They just love Nz and we love showing them as much of it as we are able.Over the years we have had many Danes young and old visit with us. I have done my best to foster an interest in all the things I love about the deep South.Most have picked up on it and become keen photographers and lovers of our Nature.In the same way I have tried to promote the beauty of Denmark to anyone who cares to listen. A small country which incredibly would fit into our province of Southland in NZ, it has a quite different aspect to it.A wider variety of wild life and a most fascinating history. I won’t bore you with any more detail.Love to hear from any who may have spent time there. My youngest daughter has been there for 18 years and is more a dane than a Kiwi now.Strange how our lives take such different paths. Will catch you again soon. Hopelilly.
