Where earth is halved,

Twilight is night and day

Clasped.

Where clouds stretch their shape;

And whispers brush along the cheek.

Falling birds,

Feathery fingertips.

Where skin of ocean is swifter than skin of land.

Where soft fists shatter the crust of the shore,

And with the evening, quivering,

The nervous gases drift,

Mingling their edges;

Where there are pleasures.
