the littler one is 4×6 metres ($50 a week)

rent a week is all inclusive, and is paid per calendar month. 3 minutes walk from footscray station, right on top of the nicholson street mall. good for painters or writers, or musos. plus you get to be in footscray, never a dull moment.

    one studio left. we’ve split the big one into two and it’s a half of the big one that’s left.
