I am so impressed by your photos of Chihuly… I’ll be visiting a garden in Florida in October… just wondering… I have a Nikon 3000 but I am so limited in what I carry on the plane that I thought I would get one of those nice little cameras like a Canon (Hot Shot — I think that’s the name.) You know those little cameras that you look on the screen to capture your shot. Do you think I’ll be able to take nice photos of this garden with that kind of camera?
I have seen some of those little cameras take very nice photos. The only thing I don’t like is a limited ability to adjust exposure. The gardens at the Chihuly exhibit, here in Seattle, was pretty easy to shoot. Whereas the galleries with their zones of very dark & very bright was pretty challenging even with my Canon EOS Rebel.
