getting to like this a lot now.. it is deeper than it first looks

I think at first it reminded me of a radiator cover, but now it looks stronger and harder. more like I am looking down onto spikes.
Interesting. As i say in my journal, I think they scan is a lot more ‘gritty’ than I’d hoped. But I like that it seems maybe a bit threatening to you (?) I think the later versions in different colours will look a lot more interesting. We shall see!

I will be doing some in colour – I like to mix it up a bit! But most will be black ink or pencil.
