A few months ago my friend invited me to her home for lunch. She’s a very accomodating and encouraging sort of woman and never minds if I bring my camera along when I visit. On that day she had pears on her kitchen cookbook shelf ripening in the sunlight. Very accomodating of her indeed! :-)

Another masterpiece Holly. Love the contrast in textures between the succulent pear and the books. Beautifully composed and well lit. The cookbooks look well used and ripened and the pear so new and fresh. Your new work has such a creative and fresh perspective. Gorgeous as usual!
