More than a few! Love Bourbon Street at New Years, and Mardis Gras! Also, love the French Quarter. My wife and I had a pastel portrait done in the square there when we were just dating!

Very nice! I used to live on Royal st. 1 block out of te quarter. Sold my art on Royal St. too. behind the Cathedral. I was there for 3 yrs. not during the flood. Still have friends there….

That is so cool! Might have passed by you and never knew it! We were last there the year before the hurricane! Had a great time, as usual, and enjoyed Bubba Gumps! We also liked the corner cafe where they served the benyays(sic) I know that isn’t how they’re spelled, but I never paid that much attention…..too busy eating them and licking my fingers!

I wasn’t there then… I know what you mean… About beignets… Love grits and crwfish too! I did the menu for Kaldi’s did you ever go there? Another cafe on same street…. The Marsalis used to hang out there a lot… Jazz musicians.
