I worked for the largest bank in Australia for ten years. The Commonwealth Banking Corporation. A federal Government Instument. Three years after I quite, the Government sold the bank for billions. The Goavernment later gave my health file to the new private Bank the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
A Government can make billions by starting a bank then selling it, or simply selling a license.
Money is an abstact creation that is issued by a government to ensure trade and civil harmony. Yet there seems to be no money for Child infant mortality, poverty, health, human rights, etc etc.
How much did the USA increase its’ defence budget by ?$400,000,000,000.00 . The fatest peoples in the world sit back to die early, watching children starve to death every day of their fat lives.
And here I am, fat and sitting.

@badart…We still have the freedom to criticize and evaluate our nation. That is one of the principles that made us who/what we were. That really is changing. We have come to glorify money more than freedom, status quo rather than doing things better, “fat” rather than lean and eager to change the world. MHO
