Americans believe we can develop clean coal technology. There is no such thing as clean coal. Coal is the most pollution producing fuel human beings use. I grew up in a coal town. I know. Don’t buy the hype about clean coal technology.

Then in February 2006, the U.S. Department of Justice, the federal government’s legal arm, announced that it was moving away from enforcing the law against the dirtiest of the industrial polluters, coal-fired power plants.
