A painting of a Welsh Woman in Traditional Welsh clothing, from several centuries ago.The verse “Women’s Hat’s” comes from a Penguin Classics book – A Celtic Miscellany. And if her hat reminds you of a Witch’s Hat,well I’m guessing this is what inspired them.
