I’m 28, live on the Northern Gold Coast and have always loved taking photos. However up until a couple of months ago (early 2007) I really haven’t had any idea about what I was doing other than put the camera in preset mode and shoot away. I’ve since taken it upon myself to learn what I can about this wonderful art and have taken my photography much more seriously ever since. I’m now pushing my Panasonic FZ20 to its limits and will upgrade to an SLR as soon as finances permit. I’m well and truly ready to jump aboard the bandwagon.
My tastes in photography cover many things, but if I’m honest with myself I would say I prefer landscape, streetscape and action. Motorsport is a biggy for me as I’m fortunate enough as a driver to see a perspective of the sport that very few people have access to. I only wish I could operate a camera at the same time as steering a race car around a circuit!
Any comments on my work are greatly appreciated and can only help to develop my skills.
