Well seen, hinting. The vibrant yellow contrasts so well against the blue. And the mottled waters are a nice contrast to the sharpness of the rail.

This was to longest assisted handheld long exposure I did!!! Literally full body on the concrete floor while taking this!

What I missed most at the scene is that I took to photo at relatively lower resolution, and the long exposure highlighted a lot of noise in the sky, so it is currently good for cards, but not for bigger prints.
I wonder if there is any software developing methods to lower the noise and exlarge it so that it is good for bigger prints?

I tried to get down to Collaroy at sunrise but was still too late to get a shot like this at 5.00 am last week. Your night time shot is very dramatic. Well done.
