There were three of the horse drawn carriages in the carriage house at Raby Castle, this is number two, They were all in beautiful condition, and they were all very old.
Normally you are right back behind the ropes, but he kindly let me in close, well as close as I wanted to be to get it all in, if you view it large, you will see just how splendid it is.

Beautiful shot of a beautiful carriage. The stairs don’t look very sturdy, so I guess everyone was slender in those days. HA! But I love the coloring—such a creamy yellow.
