"From your hand"
Be very careful as to what you place in your hands… and then give to others!
"From your hand" belongs to the following groups:
WMGFrom within the reach of
the fingers of our hands…
the answers to questions that
have been sought by all men,
‘tis true that some truth can
be seen and heard at most times,
even the whole truth will peek
and prevail every now and then,
“it is what we make it,” is heard
quite frequently… seldom so understood,
the truth of God’s love is a constant…
constantly there for us all,
so… to the seekers of answers to
understand magnificent things,
to touch upon truth within sight
and sound… that heard by the call,
where we grab hold of the truth-
refusing to relinquish our grip,
beyond the desire to clutch at or
grasp for a straw of a chance,
seek only the truth… not a lie;
which will be said to make it all better,
to talk you into something… almost as
if so easy to deceive, even to entrance,
truth is not always going to make
you feel better by what is said…
truth does come to help you, to
understand just what you are doing,
with love… from your hand God’s
care can be shared and given…
whereas with lies, what’s in your
hand draws the flies you are shooing.

This is so wise Russell and certainly a lesson all of us should take in and apply. It’s also a poem that I wish you would submit to two groups here on RB who might also be able to help with your little girls. For the Love of Jesus is one of them and the other is called Religious Art and Photography which also takes writing on religious themes. I think both your poetry and your cause would get a hearing there. Much love, Lianne
