has oozed its way into
present days
with cerebral challenges
towards the mundane.

The memory looses
the conversation
so the words flow in
succession
seeming surprisingly
spontaneous and new
to an unsuspecting mind.

An innocence of sorts
permeates the mood
as the sun rises and sets
on another day
capturing the routine
of simply passing the time.

Then out of the blue,
there are those moments
that ruin the flow
where the mind conjures
up bitterness
with unforgiving thoughts.
