Time to Grieve by Heather Freeman

Time to Grieve by

This is about time. Taking time for yourself, taking time to mourn, to grieve, allowing yourself to feel what you feel, before you stand up, turn around, and walk into the light.

Personally inspired by my journey with an acquired disability. Before I could move on and build a new life with my new capabilities, I needed to take time to mourn my old one.
