Thanks so much for your lovely comment Jan, he was such a beautiful and patient old man ,we bought him from a riding school where he had spent many years of neglect he had a hate for dogs bought on by being chased by the riding school dogs and he was’nt really fussed with kids either l would say after being hauled around and pushed and pulled,but he spent 14 years with us and never put a foot out of place relieved l think for the reprieve,we still miss him :-(
