This was a fun picture to take and I took several pictures before I got this one perfect, where the flame was infact a flame and not a blur or a streak, where the fingers were visible, where the surrounding balck was as black as it could be. Now I didn’t want the house to catch on fire so we set this shot up in the bathroom sans towels. My brother sat with a box of matches and I with my camera, he would strike a match and hold it steady while i took the shot. Match after match was stu=ruck, some burned to fast making him drop it while others hardly burned at all. But often it’s the time you put into a shot that makes it all the more important to you. It was a shot I shared with my brother that makes it all the more special.

Inspiring. I would surely try different versions of it. But I would dedicate it to my inspiring tutor. Great head.
