North Esk River in flood through the Corra Lynne Gorge. This particular rock formations it appears, have taken on many different names throughout history, but I found these original names, through old images available via the Tasmanian State Library. Camera; Trusty old Mamiya ZM Lens: Mamiya 28mm Film: Fuji Velvia 50
Wonderfully captured the wild streaming water David. You can clearly see how these rock formations disintegrate over years.
Thanks so much John, I so love the wild places like this and especially love comparing them to the old images that are so readily available through the Picture Australia website, Thanks again!!
Very impressive David..What a view ! John ps got my mail ?
Hey thanks John, I hope to capture it later this year from a lower angle on a foggy/misty day perhaps, but I’ll wait to the water level drops a bit, Lol
Thanks Bev, it is a lovely place and if I was a bit more adventuring i would probably climb down for a better angle, but alas heights scare me something shockin!!!, Dave

Those old rocks look like they’ve seen an age or two!
Yes Mel and think they’ve seen a summer or two
