Beautiful image David – I just love this shot, a definite favourite. My hubbies ancestor, Jonathon Griffiths is documented in Tamara River history and lived at Clearwater Point. Such a pretty area and so beautifully captured.

  • Thank you Bev, much appreciated. A lot of people have found their roots in this part of Aus. Launceston is the 2nd oldest city in Australia and in my somewhat unbiased opinion, (Lol) the best! The morning I took this was one of those days when the fog hung around all day and the air was so still, a magic time.

This is a very nice shot David. I’ve tried a few times for something like this – yet to achieve it. It would make a nice panorama.

  • Thank you David, Very much appreciate your comments

David, you have done well. I love this area for images, especially with the fog. Have spent many an hour there in the cold. (LOL)

  • Thank you Anne, indeed it was cold that morn!!!

What a lovely and tranquil portrait of the gorge, with the mist and reflections in the water.

  • Thank you so much for your kind words, so much appreciated!

That fog is unreal, would be interesting to see if this one works well as a panorama crop.

  • Thank you Travis, and I agree, I will have a go at that, but I am still a little bit technically challenged, Lol,
