The original is 16″ × 8″ watercolor with slight touches of colored pencil scattered about. The print version has had color adjustment in photoshop.

The piece is based off of a sketch I was doing while sitting in front of the NY public library of the lion statues with a pigeon sitting on top of its head. While the silhouette of Manhattan is by no means locationally accurate it seemed to fit visually so I went with it.
