Wow what an explosion of colour, to get a shot like this needs a steady camera, did you use a tripod? I havnt perfected a good night shot, although I have a tripod i need to get the settings right….........stunning scene this, well done. Elle x

Thanks for your comments, Elle. I’m Susana… can’t tell from my profile. No, I didn’t have a tripod at all on the trip I made to Pittsburgh last summer. I just shot it as fast as my camera will shoot and held it by hand… put everything else on automatic. This version of the image is quite distorted from the original… all Photoshop stuff. There’s a different shot in my photos that is closer to the original color and perspective if you want to compare. That one is zoomed it closer but you’ll get the idea of how much I manipulated it. Thanks again and get out there and shoot some night stuff!

I’m a Red Sox fan (at least for the last 22 years!) but the Pirates (and Steelers) are in the blood. Can never get away from the ‘Burgh’ totally. Thanks for the comment, Dan. Just visited your catalog and love your work.
