    Thanks for your comment on my native flora snapshots.
    Looking at both the berries and the strappy looking leaves in the background my wild guess is that it is a species of Dianella, possible Dianelle Revoluta. These have a small purple flower that is replaced by a purple fruit (berries) that stay on the plant for a number of months.
