From a series of works regarding “the masking” people use daily, especially women, and many men as well as the media forces most to feel as though they are not “good enough” naturally………..
The woman looking down at her mask is thinking “Do I really want to wear this one today? and why?”

Wow….wow…all these masks and I love every one of them….gorgeous work. Intense and intimate.
i did these paintings in 2006 along with walking amongst the phonies(here on my folio also) worked on them running in circles and turning the canvases while listening to music, i just let the brush and color come from the music….they are very long 6ft and very narrow 3 feet wide….
