I believe the painting is self-explanatory…..had i been gifted as a writer, well then perhaps it would be a written piece…but none-the-less…..the story is told in color and imagry…compelled to paint this and awoken by the feeling at 4 am…..stayed up 3 dys till finished….coffee, cigs, water, and of course music…........

The fact is that after 13 heart surgeries, my heart doesn’t beat at all; I am alive by batteries, pacemakers and wires (and I like to add….mirrors!). I am a cyborg! A Fembot! Truly, Helene, my metaphorical and symbolic heart STILL BEATS, from sheer will! Choice is will. Will is choice.

Another cool image. I feel many are struggling under the weight of external pressure. However I believe if we truly trust our own hearts that external struggle becomes more of a tool to learning and joy. Women especially are gifted with such powerful hearts but in my opinion get weighed down by society conditioning and treatments.

thnx jacqleen, actually i wish the details was better in this photo, she has the weight of the world upon her, it is breaking her down but she is still strong enought o hold it up, the earth of the world i have snakes coming out trying to choke her heart, but her heart veins are choking them back, fighting to keep the love in her heart..the shelf is nailed to the earth with the jars of broken hearts representing mny hurts, dissappointments, etc..
