Om op te vreten my mother would have mother would have exclaimed. (Good enough to eat just doesn’t seem the same, in English.) but she loved children and when I see a picture like this, I am reminded (For example how EVERYTHING my daughter (and son) did, at that age was BEAUTIFUL!- with a very strong Dutch accent.
Thanks for the memory. They’re all great. This one caught my eye especially.
