A couple of these iris’ were new plants in my garden last year. They give me so much pleasure.

Thank you Michelle, I couldn’t believe how quickly the feature appeared, I’d just uploaded the image! Lovely suprise though. This one was very impasto and was sold at the Australian Guild of Realist Artists in Melbourne (in amongst some fabulous work), so I was extremely pleased and thrilled when I was told it had gone to a new home. Thanks again for your thoughtful remarks!
