A condiment dish at a small restaurant on Inle Lake.
The lady who owned the restauant would sit and relax at the shelter at the end of the bridge which was across the canal from her restaurant. As we sat there drinking in the view, and lamenting our lack of transport to the restaurant, she casually mentioned that it was her place and she could take us there in her canoe. two minutes later we were seated (with a cold beer) and the feast began.

Welcome to the world of Hege Nolan. I’m fascinated by the world and everything it contains. There is a focus on food and still lifes here, which sometime surprises me given my past history of portraits! (well, food doesn’t move or pull silly faces)
