I’m a 100% coal miner’s daughter and spent many hours as a child picking chucks of coal from piles of slate to heat our home. There was never extra money for holidays, birthdays or a camera. I have always been grateful for those simply days and the strong work ethnic that was instilled in me during my childhood years. My first camera was purchased about five years ago and I can’t put it down! Mother Nature is my favorite subject! I’m definitely a novice and I look forward to comments aimed at helping me improve my photographic skills. Thank you for taking time to view my images.
