The eternal state of “limbo forever” ©

The neurotic being in me won’t let me be.
I have become a slave to the art form of depression,
And I have become a spectator to the ghost in
The mirror.

I sit here,
Watching the madness unfold itself on the paper;
With pen.

I am in isolation,
Even to my self.
And now I have become thirsty for reason,
But I can only find,
Irrationality to quench my dry mind.

What a beautiful state to be in.

I can see myself evolve,
On each line,
Each poem I bleed out of my lying pen.

I am no longer me;
(And I can tell)
I am no longer me and soon I fear “me”
Will become
“who?”

The nurse in me wont let me leave,
I am stuck in limbo forever
Again…

Medicated,
Only by my art,
That same art that shows me what I truly am,
And kills me slowly every day.

I am no longer me and soon I fear “me”
Will become
“who?”

I am born into

Limbo forever,

All
Over
Again.
