Trinity House, seen in the background, has responsibility for the safety of all merchant shipping around the British Isles and runs all of the lighthouses around our coast. The gardens outside are a memorial to the civilian casualties of the Second Word War. A peaceful oasis for remembrance in the heart of London.

Moved to the Isle of Lewis in the The Outer Hebrides off the north-west coast of Scotland in July 2010 with the aim of getting out and about with my camera. Hasn’t quite worked out that way as we’ve spent the past 18 months refurbishing our house but the opportunities will come.

Meanwhile I’ll be going through my collection to pick out some of those that have pleased me over the years.
