Gentle Giant by

Another Clydie. There were about a dozen of them in this paddock in Mansfield and I used a roll or two of film photographing them. From these photos I have composed many drawings and paintings.
Water colour pencils on mount board. Size approx. 25cm x 34cm. 2003 Sold.

Has been featured in the ‘Equine Art and Photography’ and ‘Creative Cards’ groups.

    Thankyou everyone for your kind comments. :) As I said, this piece is done in watercolour pencils. They are a water soluble pencil which I lift the colour off the lead with a wet brush and paint with it. There are sooo many different ways you can use these pencils.
