I am an artist living in Philadelphia, USA. I enjoy working in all media, painting mostly in acrylics. My favorite subject matter includes animals, and nature. Every so often, I find myself grappling with the human form – struggling with unabated determination to get it right. A long-term adversary for me artistically, the rendering of the human body in a technically proficient, yet expressive way has been my impossible summit. This determination comes and goes in phases, however, and so I have a love/hate relationship with the art of figure drawing.
Recently, I have been creating art digitally and have been pleased with the effects that can be achieved. I have been painting and drawing since before I can remember, and am constantly looking for new directions to take my art.
