Excellent balancing act. What sort of lens, camera, exposure did you use on this. You have a deep blue sky and a lovely moon near the horizon, so it could not have been too late
Actually it was the end of the night, about half an hour before sunrise and moonset. The camera was a Canon PowerShot SX1 IS, 1/250, f/5.0, ISO 200, with the maximum zoom (x20) equivalent 560mm. I must admit that the lens was unable to focus on both the tree (about 100 m distant) and the moon so the trick was to melt in photoshop two shots, each one focused on one of these… The rest was a matter of atmosphere… Thank you FailingMemory !
