There are different kinds of first times.
My last journal entry was about my first sales on RB.
This one is about a first time which happens out of RB but there is a link yet ! :
• This month one of my pictures is PUBLISHED by a photographic magazine, JPG in the 21 issue of april 2010
And for that I want to thank all the friends on RB who gave me confidence to show my work on the net. Amongst such a hudge quantity of great pictures available all around, you might think who has a chance to get noticed ? I have experimented a number of sites, given up some of them for different reasons (either due to commercial or human factor). My photos are visible on a couple of them at the moment, but I have to say only on RB I found a constant support from nice people who are not just there to show off… It’s not only a question of getting comments (everybody wants to get comments, that’s human, I guess even Greta Garbo when she retired was longing for the comment that it was great from her not to look for comments any more…). It’s also very much a matter of how your own comments are received, and for that the Reply button is something that is really missing on Flickr…
So, here is a big THANK YOU to RB great audience and artists who first are human beings !
