I am a retired teacher, coach and athletic director. While I was teaching, my wife, Judy(fivebales), had a photo studio and I had a dark room where I did black and white and color. Some was for the studio while most of it was just a hobby. When we retired in 2000, we sold our house in Eastern Washington and moved onto our boat, Last Class, and later into our motor home, Heybales. Since then we have divided our year between the two; about six months in each. . We just put Last Class up for sale and bought a house in the Yuma, Arizona area. We plan to use it for the winter season and tour North America during the rest of the year. Since I taught a variety of science classes, I really enjoy taking pictures of nature. I have been away from photography for many years and just became interested again in the last few years.
