Immature female Red-Eyed Damselfly: most of the yellow colouring will turn blue when she becomes an adult.
The species is a small damselfly, predominantly black with iridescent blue markings. Its large, spaced eyes are a deep red.
In the Netherlands a very common damselfly species.
