writing the wormholes
I wrote this last year about reading to writing to knowing the poets heart; dead, alive, makes no matter, when they are read, felt, understood, they are as alive as the reader; sharing an intimate moment as if the poet and reader were in the same room; a quiet, beautiful love affair of words and souls.
At least, this is what I feel when reading the great poetry.
writing the wormholes belongs to the following groups:
! Creative Writing & Poetry !, "Poetry and Beautiful Women" , All Things Poetic, Artistic, Philosophical, Core [C.O.R.E], Creative, Talented, and Unknown, Inspired By Life, Masterpieces: Literary Workshop, The beauty of poetry, THE SISTERHOOD, Up & Coming Writers, Vibration in Art and Verse - VAVoom! and WMGpulling understanding
from the faces of the minds
and the eyes
of the seers
who’ve passed
breathing them in…
knowing them for who they were,
for whom they are still
somewhere
upon the record,
this moment is
where we are found
within all Beings;
all things living
and breathing
as one instant
in one time.
it’s as if I know their pens intimately,
have felt their weight
within my scribbling digits
like I’m remembering
a thing
I once knew,
akin to faded, barely audible
memory
where the fringes of time
stretch frayed,
yet hold,
taught
by the tips
of their touch,
vibrating
my strands
to dance.
and upon holding
their words
within
my pulsing hand,
my drumming palm,
my mad fingers
and stems,
my breath bids them
yet again,
to breathe!
I know them
just now;
here
has every understanding
in then -
in only heart exists,
meeting in no time,
slipping through
the wormhole
to the other side
of now.

Awesome descriptions K. I love the poets that make your breathe the same air as them, and really FEEL them inside. A connection that is like nothing else. Just as you said, wether dead or alive, it makes no difference. The words are alive with a life of their own :)
love you beautiful lady xoxo
Kristin Reynolds replied
thanks, lady. yes, boy, that gets me high and makes me fall in love with them every single time, like no drug on earth.

You’re amazing. This is fantastic and you know how to bring emotions to the surface for your readers. That is the mark of a true poet. I have read and re-read and can’t find lines to quote because they all lead to the next….just know I love this, and you. xoxo

This is a write that not only captures fellow poets but everyone who chooses to read and really feel your words. They take up residence within the heart of the reader, allowing an understanding of your words as too, you understand and know intimately all others words. Marvelous writing. Michael

thank you, my friend. :)
