Gilded

This is what is called a deminished hexaverse poem. (5 syl/5 lines; 4 syl/4 lines; 3 syil/3lines; 2 syl/2lines; 1 syl/last line)

It is about love…sweet, sweet, golden love.

As soon as my breath
expels from your lips
my each thought strips
the love of us clean,
and I am left bare…

a sudden mist
upon the shore;
a fervent spark
into the night,

and we lay
intertwined
until dawn

paints our
bodies

breathed world of breathing
in two ruthms..
