Soul Letters

this is an 8 syllable Italian Sonnet about the message each soul brings with them to this life, and how each new day we learn, through every single event, moment and heppening, the things we NEED to learn in this life, to move forward into the next.

Upon the parchment of ones soul
there swirl the letters of our past,
they couple with the cosmos vast –
becoming what our future holds.
Our hidden treasures fill the page –
a language drawn by stars themselves –
the scribes of God, they often delve
into the minds, of those they save,

to shine light back within our reach
so we may read our page of self,
these written lessons learned beseech
illuminations learned wealth -
our futures read what lifetimes teach
each day’s a message to oneself.
