Who needs a razor?

I’m just another teenager, right?
Who knows where I sleep at night!
Attention seeking paper cuts bleed,
But it’s not your eyes on me I need.

You take away the blades; I’m down on my knees,
But who needs a little razor with nails like these?

My best friends are too far away,
And I’m running out of lies to say.
Just a bump, a scratch, a first degree burn,
You just stand and wait for my senses to return.

You take away the blades; I’m down on my knees,
But who needs a little razor with thoughts like these?

Who needs a razor?

Artist's Description

taking away the blade doesn’t take away the problem.
What’s the point in cutting myself when my life is a torture in itself?
