I was inspired by Muse- Sing for absolution. which when i hear it i imagine a poor boy declaring his love too late as she has passed away. and who knows, as he’s singing, her ghost is screaming ‘i love you too’ at him but he can’t hear her because she’s dead. She’s trapped and mute.
