Welcome to my gallery

Hello everyone,

My name is Jeff. I’m from Canada not too far from Toronto, but I’ve spent the last four years in Taiwan teaching English. I’ve traveled through many countries and experienced some pretty cool cultures a long the way. I’m not too sure why I love photography, but I do and seem to be drawn easily towards landscape photography, but I also love to capture the details of life.

My gear is pretty simple. I shoot with a Canon 40D, Canon 420ex flash head and a Sigma 18-50mm lens. I also carry UV filters, a circular polarizer, and colored gels. I have a tripod, and a mono pod, but I can’t remember the last time I used them.

I love the artistic aspect to photography, I try to apply an artistic view through all my images.

I am fortunate to have started photography as a wedding photographer’s assistant many years ago. This experience was fantastic and helped me learn the ins and outs of this event. I still love shooting weddings and have done several solo and partnered events throughout the past 8 years. Living in Taiwan, my wedding photography is on hold. Presently, I’m working on a design work for a bicycle manufacture Rikulau and photography for various people.
