Originally taken from the Hebrew word for HANNAH (חַנָּה – translates “grace” or “favor”) She is long considered to be the mother of Mary and the grandmother of Jesus. She is also the patron saint of horseback riders, housewives, grandmothers, cabinet makers (really? LOL), unmarried women (you go, single moms!!), women in labor and miners. The city of Santa Anna in California is named for her.
This photo was taken at St. Anne Church, Roswell, Ga.
This is positively one of the most beautiful churches I have ever seen.
