Water - Haiku

Thanks Shoaib. Would you believe I didn’t know what a haiku was until I got here? I never studied that in my English classes. It wall all Edgar Allen Poe, Robert Frost and William Shakespeare, etc. I started asking questions and gave it a shot. I felt silly at first, for I know you know my style of writing, usually long poems and writings. But, you have to try it all. Freedom, like going back in the escalator? jejejeje Oh, and I looooooved your comment to Jono’s poem for me. That also made me happy and smile.

That’s right, 5,7,5 syllables, three lines and skinnyman told me to use the four elements, earth, wind, fire and water…...Iris
