This is a photo of a wild Black Bear. It was taken in Cades Cove which is located inside The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, on the Tennessee side of the park. This bear was with 2 smaller bears. They were feeding along in very thick vegetation when this bear climbed about 4 feet up the side of this tree so he could see the gathering crowd.
