Our yummy Christmas treats
Filo pastry cups filled with melted dark chocolate, toppped with rasberry & mint.
Dark Chocolate (Melted)
Fresh/Frozen Raspberry’s (Crushed)
Mint (Finely chopped)
Prepare filo pastry cups by cutting small rounds and placing them into mini muffin tins
Cook until crisp but don’t let them brown (I’ve found they don’t taste as good if they brown)
Melt chocolate, making sure it doesnt burn!
Take filo cups
Tip chocolate into the bottom (about half way up the cup)
Allow to cool (not in the fridge)
Top with raspberry and a sprinkle of mint
Dust with icing sugar to finish
